 5. Stress Cube

The six-sided Fidget Cube is six, fully functional fidget toys in one; compact and lightweight, it can travel to work and school for on-the-go fidgeting with ease.

Fidget Cube Features

Even though it's a simple product, there are plenty of features on this bad boy.

6 Sides of Anxiety Relieving Awesomeness

The Fidget Cube features six sides for unlimited fidgeting potential.
The click side is designed to satisfy clickers who enjoy buttons that make clicking sounds, while the glide side is home to a joy stick for endlessly smooth gliding.
A light switch-style toggle satisfies the needs of both switchers and flickers, while rollers love the rolling ball.
The gear side is for spinners, while the last side functions as a worry stone, for those fidgeters who require occasional meditation.

First Impression of the Stress Cube

When I first got my hands on the Stress Cube, I was surprised by how small it is. I knew it was meant to be handheld, but I was expecting something larger and, frankly, more awkward.
That’s just not the case with the Fidget Cube; it’s compact and has a great hand feel.
On that token, it’s also very lightweight. I estimate it’s about the weight of a standard No. 2 pencil, which means it can easily be carried in your pocket.
Additionally, the small size and lightweight of the Fidget Cube make it really easy for kids to use.
I’m an all-around fidgeter, which is why I chose to try the Stress Cube. I love clicking, gliding, spinning and everything in between. On that note, there are a lot of options for fidgeters who like smooth fidgeting (as in no clicking movements, etc.).
I particularly love the joystick gliding feature.
The clickers are really great as well. They offer a very satisfying feel as well as sound, which gives clickers their much needed clicking fix.
That said, I wish there were more noise-making sides to satisfy that particular need that many fidgeters have.
However, despite that, I can understand why the designers went with the more mixed approach they did; being so travel-sized, kids and adults can take it to work and school—two places where noise isn’t really welcome.
I actually took it to work with me the day after I got it. I work in a corporate job in a cubicle surrounded by a bunch of stressed out people.
I needed a fidgeting alternative to clicking my pen (which is admittedly loud), as I could tell it was annoying my coworkers.
The Stress Cube filled that need perfectly, and I’ve taken it to work with me every day since.

What I Like About the Stress Cube:

First, here's what I like about the different sides of the cube.
  • Clicking side: It makes noises and satisfies clicker needs.
  • Flicking/switching side: The light switch style toggle on the flicking/switching side is perfect for those with that bent
  • Gliding side: The gliding silent is effortless and seamless, perfect for those fidgeters that like a smooth fidgeting session
  • Rolling side: The rolling side more than meets the needs of rollers, while offering an extra dose of smoothness for those fidgeters who aren’t into clicking
  • Spinning side: The spinning side makes fidgeting fun
  • Worry stone side: The worry stone side helps alleviate stress, boosts focus, and can be used as a meditation aid
Here are some of the other general benefits of the fidget cube itself:
  • Alleviates stress
  • Calms anxiety
  • Helps children with autism, ADD and ADHD
  • Helps cope with chronic pain
  • Great for work and school
  • Great for flight anxiety
  • 9 color options, colors suitable to all ages and genders
  • Lightweight
  • Compact

 6.Magnetic Balls

I'm not a big fan of desktop toys, they are messy, have too many parts or are just outright useless. I was looking for something new, something to keep my mind occupied during work breaks at my desk, or something to fiddle with whilst I work. The first time I grabbed the Neodymium Magnetic Spheres (wow what a mouthful, lets just call them by their former name, bucky balls); I was instantly addicted. I was going to shout something like EUREKA, or something like that, maybe I could have shouted it in my head, don't want to get into any trouble. But how, how can tiny metal balls satisfy my cravings for fiddling. Well let me give you some more information. Buckyballs are made of a rare earth metal known as Neodymium, it is one of the naturally magnetic metals on earth. Apparently, after some googling and a quick internet search, buckyballs are the roundest and the most symmetrical molecular structure known to man. As the atoms are naturally magnetic, every molecule has poles, that's how they work. Cool huh?
Buckyballs aren't just a lump of boring magnetic balls, because of their magnetism and shape, you can scrunch them, pull them, bounce them and roll them, also you make some cool shapes if you put some time in. We sell sets of 216 for 8$, with well ahem $0 shipping. Not much really. You do get 216 balls a pack. Yes 216!
Make cubes, stars, bigger spheres any shape you like, they are like lego but much cooler, much simpler and more of an adult's gift than a "toy". Heres a disclaimer: I advise that buckyballs aren't given to small children as the balls are 5mm small and can easily be swallowed.
Overall I think they are a pretty cool toy. I mean "adults gift". They will make boring work days a little less dull, your skype calls a little more tolerable and maybe even awaken the creative genius inside you. And when someone approaches asking why you haven't said anything all day, you've got a comeback that can't be beat: "I'm playing with my balls. Wanna join me?"

7. F4 Flight Controller

Anyone who uses Betaflight should be familiar with the Betaflight F3 flight controller. FPVModel has just upgraded it and put a F4 processor in it. In this review we will also check out other changes.

The Betaflight F4 flight controller is now available at FPVModel. To learn more about flight controllers,

Unboxing and Features

The Betaflight F4 FC comes in a plastic box, with only the board itself, and a 10cm servo cable. It would be nice to see some low ESR capacitors or even soft-mount rubber bobbins included.
  • F4, MPU6000
  • Integrated PDB
  • Betaflight OSD
  • Current Sensor (up to 145A)
  • Flash Memory for Blackbox
  • 5V / 1.5A BEC
  • Supports 3S, 4S, 5S and 6S LiPo battery

Betaflight F4 VS F3

Let’s compare the new and old Betaflight boards, here is our review of the Betaflight F3 FC.

Similarities

The board layout and dimension are nearly identical: the motor output pins, UART’s, camera in/out etc…

Differences

The biggest change seems to be the processor. They’ve also used a lower rating but reportedly more reliable 5V BEC. It comes with BLHeli32 ESC Telemetry pads (RX1 between motor output and GND). Finally they replaced the SD card slot for Blackbox with a flash memory chip.
However just like many other F4 flight controller, you have to perform the uninverted Smart Port hack to get SPort Telemetry to work. It’s not a hard thing to do, and the latest R-XSR receiver even has a breakout pad for easy soldering.

8.Squishy Ball

A stress ball is a malleable toy, usually not more than 7 cm in diameter, which is squeezed in the hand and manipulated by the fingers, ostensibly to relieve stress and muscle tension or to exercise the muscles of the hand.

Despite the name, many stress balls are not spherical. Some are molded in amusing shapes, and pad- or transfer-printed with corporate logos. They are presented to employees and clients of companies as promotional gifts. Stress balls are the third most popular promotional gift in the United Kingdom.

[when?]
Because of the many non-spherical shapes now available, stress balls are generically known as stress relievers.

TYPES:

There are several different types of stress balls that originate from many different countries. The most common type of stress ball in America is the “bean bag” type, commonly known as a “Hacky Sack”. The stress ball that is most common in Australia is the foam type, this type prevents stress through resistance from squeezing the ball. The third type of stress ball is the Chinese form known as the Baoding ball. These are not like the others as these are not squeezable, they are solid, they usually come in pairs so you can roll them together to make a soothing sound and a smooth sensation feeling in your hands.

Some stress relievers are made from closed-cell polyurethane foam rubber. These are made by injecting the liquid components of the foam into a mold. The resulting chemical reaction creates carbon dioxide bubbles as a byproduct, which in turn creates the foam.

Stress balls, especially those used in physical therapy, can also contain gel of different densities inside a rubber or cloth skin. Another type uses a thin rubber membrane surrounding a fine powder. The latter type can be made at home by filling a balloon with baking soda. Some balls similar to a footbag are marketed and used as stress balls.
